1. Who runs the draw

1.1 The Lucky Draw is organised by Fireworks Solutions Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"), operator of the Togethër membership programme.

1.2 By taking part you accept these terms. They sit alongside the Togethër Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Who can take part

2.1 The draw is open to registered Togethër members aged 18 and above who are resident in Malaysia.

2.2 Our staff, contractors and their immediate families, and any test or internal accounts, are not eligible.

2.3 You need a Togethër account to hold tickets. Registration is free.

2.4 One account per person, per WhatsApp number.

3. How you get tickets

3.1 You receive one ticket when you register as a Togethër member via WhatsApp during the campaign period.

3.2 You receive one additional ticket for each friend who registers as a new Togethër member using your personal referral link.

3.3 Each ticket carries a unique six-digit number. Reply "TICKETS" on WhatsApp at any time to see the tickets you hold. That record is final.

3.4 The campaign period runs from 15 August 2026 to 15 September 2026. Registrations outside that period are not entered.

3.5 There is no limit on the number of tickets you can hold.

3.6 Tickets have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and stay attached to the account they were issued to.

4. Referral rules

4.1 A referral only counts when your friend completes registration with a valid, unique Malaysian mobile number that has not previously been registered with Togethër.

4.2 Referral tickets are credited automatically once the referred member completes registration. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation.

4.3 The following do not count and may result in disqualification: numbers you control yourself, duplicate or recycled numbers, virtual or temporary numbers, bulk or automated sign-ups, paid or incentivised sign-ups from people with no genuine interest in Togethër, and any use of scripts, bots or automation.

4.4 We may cap, review, void or withhold referral tickets where we reasonably suspect abuse. Our assessment is final.

5. The draw

5.1 The draw date will be announced on this page and via WhatsApp. The draw takes place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time (GMT+8).

5.2 Winning numbers are selected at random from all valid tickets.

5.3 The more tickets you hold, the greater your chance of being drawn. Holding tickets does not guarantee a prize.

5.4 Each member can win once. Once one of your tickets is drawn, your remaining tickets are not entered into further draws in the same campaign.

5.5 The draw is conducted by our staff and the result is final. We do not enter into correspondence about it.

6. How you find out

6.1 Winning ticket numbers are published on this page as soon as each draw is completed.

6.2 If you hold a winning ticket, we will also contact you on the WhatsApp number linked to your membership.

6.3 We do not publish winners' names.

7. Claiming a prize

7.1 We will confirm the collection or delivery arrangement for your prize when we contact you.

7.2 You must confirm your claim within 7 days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and may be redrawn.

7.3 To claim, you must present photo ID in the same name as your membership. We may refuse a claim we cannot match to the winning account.

7.4 Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.

7.5 Prizes are subject to availability. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

7.6 Prizes are supplied by our partner brands and are subject to each partner's own terms, validity periods and conditions of use.

7.7 Any tax or other cost arising from a prize is yours to settle.

8. Your information

8.1 We use your membership record to issue tickets, run the draw and verify claims, as set out in our Privacy Policy: https://www.togetherwerule.com/privacy-policy

8.2 Winning ticket numbers are shown publicly. We do not publish winners' names.

9. General

9.1 Togethër is in beta. We are not responsible for tickets that fail to register because of a network, device or system fault outside our control.

9.2 We may amend, suspend or cancel the draw if circumstances outside our control require it. Any change will be published on this page.

9.3 We may void tickets and disqualify an account if we believe tickets were obtained fraudulently, through a system error, or by interfering with the service.

9.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
